iAnthus Capital Holdings agreed to acquire the Cheetah vape brand from Chicago-based Cheetah Enterprises in December 2024. Vapes make up nearly all of the brand's products. In New Jersey, Cheetah products are sold through the MPX portfolio. The brand gives a share of its proceeds to wildlife groups that protect cheetahs.
