Clique is a New Jersey edibles brand started by Princeton chef Scott Anderson, a four-time James Beard nominee, and made under Garden Greens. It makes pâtes de fruits, a French fruit confection, in small batches from whole seasonal fruit and botanicals, some grown on local Mercer County farms. The focus is on natural, clean ingredients, and its flavors have won awards. The pieces are vegan and gluten-free.
